Membership in the Pass Bureau Association allows you exclusive access to a premiere industry survey tool, providing insight to pass travel policies and programs of other member airlines, helping you stay informed, identify trends and make data-driven decisions that help strengthen and enhance your employee travel programs. Membership also connects you with peers across the industry, creating meaningful opportunities that foster collaboration, idea sharing, and lasting professional relationships.
Want to be a part of something bigger? The Pass Bureau Association has 65 active member airlines & organizations from around the globe, with hundreds of years combined industry experience! Additionally, our membership includes representation from well-established vendors/partners within the industry. The Pass Bureau Association administers annual surveys regarding pass travel privileges for benchmarking studies among members.
The Association was founded in 1967 and is run by the people it serves. A volunteer Board of Directors guides the Association, and a Survey Committee oversees the industry surveys that help members compare and refine their pass-travel policies. Our members are also involved with other industry organizations such as ZEDMIBA and have involvement with pass travel platforms like ID90Travel and myIDTravel.
Membership brings practical, year-round value. Members can find one another in the member directory, take part in industry surveys and review the results, and gather at the Association's annual conference to share what is working and shape what comes next.
