Registration and Pricing

Each member organization's first delegate attends free. That includes all conference sessions, meals, and social events, and there is one per organization.

First delegate is complimentary
Each alternate is $150
Each spouse or guest is $125

A spouse or guest registration covers the social side of the conference: the welcome reception, breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday, lunch on Tuesday, and dinner on Tuesday evening. It does not include the business sessions.

You can add your whole party in one place, and pay once for everyone. Payment is by card or by bank transfer, and the price is the same either way, with nothing added at checkout. Once payment is complete, every person on your list is emailed their own check-in badge with a QR code, which they can save to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and have scanned at conference check-in.

The conference is at Margaritaville Resort Biloxi, 195 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS 39530, from Monday, September 28th to Wednesday, September 30th 2026.
