Conference registration is open: Biloxi, September 28-30

August 12, 2026

Your organization's first delegate attends free. Register your party, and everyone coming gets a pass for their phone.

The 59th Annual Pass Bureau Conference is at the Margaritaville Resort Biloxi, 195 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, Mississippi, from Monday 28 September to Wednesday 30 September 2026. Registration is open now on the PBA website.

Your first delegate is free. Every member organization gets one complimentary place, which includes all conference sessions, meals, snacks and the social events. Beyond that first place:

An alternate is $150. That is anyone else from your organization coming alongside your delegate, and everything is included, the business meetings and all sessions with it.

A spouse or guest is $125. That covers the social side of the conference: the welcome reception, breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday, lunch on Tuesday, and dinner on Tuesday evening. It does not include the business meetings or the sessions, which are for delegates and alternates.

There is no card fee. The association absorbs the processing cost, so the price you see is the price you pay, whether you pay by card or by bank transfer.

How to register

Anyone at your airline with a PBA account can do this, not only your primary contact. One person can register the whole party, or several of you can each add your own guests. It is the same registration either way, because it belongs to the organization rather than to whoever opened it.

Sign in and open the conference page. Use Member login at the top of any page, then go to your account and choose the conference. If you are not sure who holds your organization's account, or you have not set a password yet, get in touch through the Contact us page and we will sort it out.

Add everyone who is coming, one at a time, saying for each whether they are a delegate, an alternate, or a spouse or guest. Add an email address for anyone you would like to receive their own pass directly; leave it blank and their pass comes to you.

Choose who takes your free place. The complimentary place belongs to a delegate, and you decide which one. The total updates as you go, so you can see what the party costs before you commit to anything.

Payment. Card or bank transfer. A card settles straight away; a bank transfer takes two to four business days to clear, and your passes are issued once it does.

The passes

As soon as a place is paid for, or is your free one, that person gets a check-in pass. It carries their name, what they are attending as, and a code the registration desk scans when they arrive.

It goes on a phone. Each pass can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, so it sits with your boarding passes rather than in an inbox. There is nothing to sign in to at the desk, and no printing unless you want to.

Everyone can have their own. If you gave somebody an email address when you added them, their pass goes to them directly. If you did not, or if it never arrived, you can send any one person their own copy from the conference page, which is better than forwarding your own email to them.

If something changes, add or remove people from the same page. A pass that is reissued replaces the old one, so ask anyone who has already saved theirs to delete it and add the new one.

The resort

Rooms are held at the Margaritaville Resort Hotel under group code 2249. Book online through the group reservation link on the conference page, or by phone on 228-271-6338.

A credit card is required at the time of booking. Cards are not charged then, and cancellation is up to 48 hours before your arrival date.

Lodging is booked directly with the hotel and is separate from your conference registration, so please do both.
