The NEW passbureau.com is here

August 12, 2026

Same address, same association, a site built around the things members actually come here to do.

The Pass Bureau Association website has been rebuilt from the ground up. The address has not changed, so any bookmark you have still works. What has changed is nearly everything behind it.

The short version: you now have an account, and behind it sit the things that used to mean an email to somebody. Registering for the conference. Answering the industry survey. Looking up what other airlines do. Paying your dues and finding the receipt afterwards.

Your account

Every member organization has an account, and signing in is how the site knows who you are and which airline or organization you belong to.

Each organization has a primary representative. From your account you can see your organization's details, keep your own contact information right, and find every payment your organization has made, with receipts you can download rather than having to ask for. Primary representatives can even add new members to their organization.

The conference, end to end

Registering for the annual conference now happens on the site. Anyone at your airline with an account can add people, not only your primary contact, so one person can do the whole party or several of you can each add your own guests. Somebody chooses who takes the organization's free delegate place, and one payment covers everything outstanding, by card or bank transfer.

Everyone attending gets a check-in pass that goes straight onto a phone, in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. At the registration desk it is scanned and you are in, with nothing to print and nothing to sign in to. If somebody's pass never arrived, whoever registered the party can send them their own copy.

The surveys

The industry survey is answered on the site rather than in a separate third-party tool. You can answer it over several sittings, and it saves as you go, so nobody loses an afternoon's work to a closed laptop. Questions that do not apply to your airline get skipped rather than sat through.

Insights

A decade of survey answers is now searchable in one members-only place. You can look up a single question and get the answer first, follow how a policy has moved over the years, or read any survey in full. Where a year was not surveyed, the gap is shown rather than filled in with a guess.

Members, events and the rest

The member directory, the board and committee pages, events and news are all here and all kept current from one place, which is the real point: the site is now something the association updates itself rather than something that needs a developer.

A couple things worth knowing

Members-only means members-only. The directory, the surveys and Insights are behind sign-in. There is nothing to see in them without an account, which is deliberate.

If you cannot get in, or you are not sure who holds your organization's account, get in touch through the Contact us page and we will sort it out. Some organizations have never signed in, and that is what the next few weeks are for.
